Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to operate and improve the service, including:

• Your name and email address
• General usage information that helps us understand and enhance user experience
• If you connect a Google account, the authorization needed to create calendar events, documents, or spreadsheets on your behalf (see "Google Account Integrations" below)

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Operate and maintain the service
• Personalize your experience
• Support you when you request help
• Improve the service and develop new features

Personal data is used only to tailor your experience; it is never used to influence or enhance another user's account.

Array does not sell or share your personal information.

Google Account Integrations

If you connect a Google account, Array can create calendar events, Google Docs, and Google Sheets on your behalf to help you carry out your plan — like a recurring calendar appointment for a weekly run, or a checklist or budget template you'll use along the way. Array only ever touches what it creates itself — it never reads or modifies anything already in your Google account.

• Calendar: Array can create and delete calendar events that Array created. Array does not read, view, or list your existing calendar events.
• Docs: Array can create new Google Docs and write supporting content into them, like a checklist or reference document for your plan. Array does not open or modify documents you didn't create through Array.
• Sheets: Array can create new Google Sheets and write supporting content into them, like a budget or tracking template for your plan. Array does not open or modify spreadsheets you didn't create through Array.

Array does not read your existing Google Calendar, Docs, or Sheets content. The content Array writes to your Google account is generated from what you've entered into Array — never from data pulled from your Google account — so your Google data is never used by Array's AI features.

We store your Google account authorization securely and use it only to make the requests described above. This authorization is retained until you disconnect the integration. You can disconnect any Google integration at any time from Profile & Settings, which revokes Array's access to your Google account.

Array's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

AI-Derived Personalization Data

In the future, Array may use AI to analyze your prompts and usage patterns to create a personal profile that improves the relevance of your experience.

We will notify you before this type of processing begins. When available, you will be able to:

• View your AI-generated profile
• Edit or correct the information
• Delete some or all of the profile
• Turn off personalization features that rely on AI-derived data

This information is used solely for your benefit and is not shared with or applied to other users.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Array uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the service, maintain security, and understand usage patterns. Where required, we will request consent before using non-essential cookies.

To update your consent choices or submit a data subject rights request, visit Manage Privacy Choices.

Data Location & International Transfers

Your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. These locations may have different data protection laws, but we apply the same protections described in this policy regardless of location.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as needed to:

• Resolve disputes
• Enforce agreements

Array is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

AI-Generated Content

You retain ownership of your inputs and may use AI-generated outputs for personal, non-commercial purposes. Array retains ownership of the software and models that generate those outputs. Always review generated content for accuracy and suitability.

Array's AI features are not designed to produce content requiring professional expertise such as legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical advice. Please do not provide inputs intended to generate this type of content.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes—including the introduction of AI-derived personalization—we will notify you.
